We offer financial assistance to cover or offset the costs of surgery and emergency vet bills.

Our Vet Bill Program supports individuals and families whose pets are in urgent or sudden need of serious medical help. We know the mental and emotional toll that worry for your pet and finances can cause, so our goal is to step in and alleviate some of that stress.

Rusty Roo

“This is Rusty, a 9-year-old dog who developed a painful, swollen eye. His human, a single mom with two kids, couldn’t afford the urgent veterinary care he needed.

“With help from our team and the generous donations we received, we were able to get Rusty in for an exam. He was diagnosed with a cataract detachment and glaucoma, and sadly, his eye had to be removed.

“Thanks to support from Rainier Animal Fund and Bella’s Voice, Rusty received the surgery he needed and is now on the road to recovery.”

Jerry

“It was a godsend to find Bella’s Voice and have them pay my vet bill. My cat Jerry is very special to me and is my registered support animal. So, when Jerry stopped eating and was rapidly losing weight I was super stressed. I took him to an urgent care vet and a neighborhood vet, but they wouldn’t see him without payment upfront. I have physical and mental disabilities that limit my ability to work much, so I live on a low income.

“I was so relieved when a vet told me about Bella’s Voice. I called and James immediately replied and approved payment for a vet appointment, labs, and some medicine for Jerry which totaled $497. With the right treatment Jerry is eating, gaining weight and doing well. He should be able to provide several more years of cuddles and comfort. I don’t know what would have happened without their help.”

Boo Boo

Boo Boo is a 7-year-old rat terrier and chihuahua mix. He’s a free-spirited and happy guy who loves his Mom, Auntie, and his food!

“Boo Boo had a 3-inch laceration just under his back leg. It was a pretty bad open wound that needed stitches very badly. I was scared and worried not only about Boo Boo and his injury but also about how I would be able to get him the care that he needed.

“I was referred to Bella’s Voice by a vet office that I called. Bella’s Voice not only helped me find excellent care for Boo Boo but also helped cover the cost of treatment, medications, and aftercare. Boo Boo is doing very well and will make a full recovery!

“Without the support from Bella’s Voice, I do not think I would have been able to get him the care that he needed and deserved. I was so stressed out when he initially got injured and now I do not have to worry about him being healthy and taken care of. Thank you so much!!!!!”
