STORE SALES ASSOCIATE
Role:

Cashier
A great cashier will accurately and efficiently process customer transactions at checkout, provide friendly and helpful customer service, assist shoppers with questions, maintain a clean and organized station, assist with bagging and handling merchandise with care, and maintain an organized sales floor in the downtime.

Case/Fitting Room Attendant
A great case/fitting room attendant will assist customers with accessing items from the display cases, ensure valuable items are properly handled and processed at checkout, monitor and coordinate fitting room usage according to store guidelines, and return unpurchased fitting room items to the sales floor in an organized manner.

Product Runner/Organizer
A great product runner/organizer will transport new merchandise from the backroom to the sales floor, arrange and organize displays following store guidelines to enhance the shopping experience, provide backup support for cashiers, customer inquiries, and assistance on the floor, and identify and communicate restocking needs or overly stocked sections to supervisors.
Qualifications:

A candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to stand, bend, and move throughout shifts, and good attention to detail for organizing, processing transactions, and assisting customers. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment, have the physical ability to lift and move items up to 40 lbs, and be reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
Pay: $17.50/hr
Type: Part-Time (16-30 hr/week) or Full-Time (32-40 hr/week)
Schedule: *8:45 AM – 5:15 PM, *10:45 AM – 7:15 PM, *Weekends, *Weekdays

BACKROOM PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
Role:

Clothing Hanging/Tagging
A great backroom associate will sort clothing and accessories into categories, ensuring items are clean and undamaged, neatly hang and tag items according to store guidelines, prepare items for the sales floor, and maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency.

Sorting/Processing

A great backroom associate will sort donated items into categories (e.g. clothing, housewares, electronics), follow quality standards, discard or redirect items that are broken, unsellable, or on the “Do Not Sell” list, and conduct detailed inspections to ensure items meet quality criteria for resale.

Running/Organizing

A great runner will transport newly processed items to their designated sections on the sales floor, organize and stock items to ensure an appealing, shopper-friendly display, and reorganize misplaced items and communicate floor needs to supervisors.

Team Collaboration

A great backroom associate will provide backup support to other backroom staff during busy periods. They will assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace throughout the store.
Qualifications:

A candidate will have the ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods, a strong attention to detail and accuracy in sorting, tagging, pricing, and organizing items, excellent interpersonal and communication skills for donor interactions and teamwork, the physical ability to lift and move items up to 40 lbs, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace. They will be comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Pay: $17.50/hr
Type: Part-Time (20-30 hr/week)
Schedule: *7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, *8:45 AM – 5:15 PM, *Weekends, *Weekdays

Volunteer With Us

We are always looking for extra hands. Get started with us today!

Our volunteer opportunities are only available for individuals who are 16 years of age and over. Applicants who are under the age of 18 will require permission from a parent or legal guardian before they can get involved.

We ask that our volunteers pledge a minimum of four (4) hours per week; these are not paid hours. However, we do not guarantee hours—they are available based on our needs, and we may release volunteers early if additional hands are not needed.

PET FOOD BANK VOLUNTEER
Organize and pre-pack pet food orders that we provide to families.
FLOOR ORGANIZATION VOLUNTEER
Run new items to our sales floor, rotate out old products, clean and organize displays, etc.
EVENTS & TABLING VOLUNTEER
Get added to a list and as needed, table for farmers’ markets, conventions, fairs, and other events.
