This Charity Partnership Application is intended to help us learn more about your mission, impact, and how we can best support you. We review all submissions with care and are excited to hear your story!
The application period opens May 30, 2025. Please apply by November 15, 2025 if you would like to be considered for 2026.
*You are eligible to apply whether or not you received a grant in the current or previous years. Please submit only one Charity Partnership Application per application period.*
FAQs & Guidelines
Are we eligible to be one of the Bella’s Voice Charities of the Month?
To be a Charity of the Month, you must:
• Be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a valid EIN from the IRS.
• Have a mission that aligns with animal welfare.
• Grant Bella’s Voice permission to share your organization’s name, mission, logo, and promotional materials in-store and online.
• Agree to participate in a table event hosted at our store on a single designated day during the month.
• Follow through with the terms, conditions, and expectations as laid out in our Media Partnership Release Agreement or as otherwise negotiated.
What do the setup and hours of our table event look like?
Please keep your table open and staffed from 10.00 AM to 2.00 PM on the day of your event, unless you have made other arrangements with us prior.
Be sure to arrive before the event starts to allow plenty of time to set up. Parking is available, but if possible, park on the south side of the lot along the fence to allow our customers and event attendees easy access to the store.
Upon arrival, please check in with one of our supervisors or administrative team. Our team members will be in the store to assist you with setup if needed. Please wait until the conclusion of the event to start packing up.
What should our organization bring to our table event, and what will Bella’s Voice provide?
We can provide a 1.5″ long table and two (2) folding chairs, but you may also bring your own.
You are required to ensure your table is always staffed by at least one (1) representative throughout the entirety of the event. We recommend having two to three (2-3) representatives on hand, though you are welcome to bring more!
We highly encourage the following since you will be promoting your own organization within our store:
• Informational Materials: Bring flyers, brochures, handouts, business cards, posters, and/or other materials that outline your organization’s purpose and efforts!
• Decorations: Feel free to decorate your space to reflect your organization’s mission! These can include banners, tablecloths, signage, and displays.
• Live Animals: We welcome live animals in our store! Please see the FAQ about animals below for our guidelines on bringing live animals to a table event.
• Merchandise: You are welcome to display, give away, and/or sell items throughout the event! Popular items include shirts, jackets, hats, beanies, pins, stickers, magnets, books, etc.
Can our organization sell items at our table event at Bella’s Voice?
Absolutely! You are welcome to sell merchandise that represents and promotes your organization. However, you will need to bring your own mobile card reader and/or cash box to complete transactions.
Some items that have been popular during past events include shirts, jackets, hats, beanies, pins, stickers, magnets, books, etc.
Can our organization bring live animals to our table event at Bella’s Voice?
Animals are welcomed and encouraged—we love meeting wonderful rescue and foster animals, potential adoptees, and educational companions!
However, we always want to ensure a positive and safe experience for everyone—humans and animals alike! Please review the following guidelines:
• Safety First: All animals must be under control at all times. We require leashes, pens, or appropriate enclosures.
• Be Considerate: Customers sometimes shop with their pets, so please ensure your animals are social, secure, and not easily stressed by unfamiliar animals (especially dogs)!
• Scoop the Poop: Accidents happen, but please be prepared to clean up after your animals! Bring waste bags and other cleaning supplies and help us keep the space tidy for everyone.
• Comfort Is Key: Bring water, toys, blankets, treats and/or anything else your animal(s) might need to stay hydrated, calm, and comfortable throughout the event.
• Health Check: If your animal isn’t feeling well or shows signs of illness, please keep them home for their safety and to help protect the wellbeing of all individuals.
Are we able to shop at Bella’s Voice on the day of our table event?
Yes, of course! As long as your table is staffed by at least one (1) representative throughout the entirety of the event, you are welcome to shop before, during, or after your event.
What can we do with a Bella’s Voice Charity of the Month grant?
The funds we raise for your organization are for you to use to further your mission as you see fit.
However, we love getting updates on what the grant funding is going towards!
